My property journey began in 2018, leveraging my IT and business development background. Starting with a rental property in South Wales, I built a £2M+ portfolio by 2022, including holiday lets, HMOs, mixed-use properties, and commercial-to-residential conversions. This success came from strategic refinancing, steady income generation, and reinvestment.

Recognising the confusion and misinformation surrounding property investing, I expanded my focus to education. Our property education program provides tailored training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help individuals at all stages of their property journey. From understanding the basics of property sourcing and financing to mastering advanced strategies like commercial conversions and HMOs, we offer actionable insights and hands-on guidance.
